Love the podcast….ever since it started….but get rid of Lucho – his knowledge is weak, his detail/care of providing quality information is poor. ..and he comes across as areal amateur.

@Lp ???? Couldn’t disagree more and you’ll need to provide some concrete examples. His racing stats and longevity in endurance sports is pretty strong (e.g. He won Leadman and broke the course record this year). I think his ambiguity sometimes is more due to the ambiguity in the questions asked. I’ve found him to have great depth and breadth – especially when it comes to proven training approaches. Glad to hear him more often on the podcast!!

@Lp everyone is entitled to an opinion but your comments are unsubstantiated. If you have specific examples please provide them as it is easy to make vague comments. Lucho is a proven world class multi sport champion and answers questions based on the information he is provided by listeners. I enjoy the information he provides based on experience and hope he remains on the endurance planet team for a long time to come!
