He’s been dubbed the Mayor of Running. A member of the Running 
USA Hall of Champions, he has completed races on all seven continents from the Antarctica marathon to the Mt. Kilimanjaro Marathon. He has also completed the Ironman 5 times and cycled, unsupported by himself, across the country twice. But there’s one race Yasso hasn’t completed…yet. The inventor of the Yasso 800s workout joins us today on Endurance Planet to talk about the upcoming race.
