Ray Charbonneau: Runner and Author Supports Boston Charity with ‘The 27th Mile’, Plus ‘Overthinking The Marathon’ and More

Author and runner Ray Charbonneau visits the show for the second time to talk about two new books he’s released: The 27th Mile, which he compiled after the Boston Marathon bombings as an effort to raise funds for victims through The One Fund Boston. The book includes contributions by multiple writers/athletes, as well as a piece written by Ray, who actually ran Boston the day of the bombings. For book purchasing options, click here. We also talk about Ray’s other new book, Overthinking the Marathon, which chronicles his training leading up to the 2012 Cape Cod Marathon, his 21st marathon.
