    It is better to take every precaution to achieve your full potential during the finals. And for athletes, diet planning is more important than anything else. You have to chose every part of your diet with full attention and knowledge as the difference between success and failure is just a couple of Milli-second. So a tiny part of your diet( also your practice) decides the eventuality.
