Saw this video link via Lucho’s site, and really enjoyed it. Glad you got out to CO’s Front Range for some fun!

I’m not really a competitive runner, I run mainly for enjoyment and to travel from point A to point B, but I do long runs. There was a mention in the video of “bonking vs. muscle fatigue”, which something I was wondering about literally only last week during a run. What are your thoughts on that? How do you tell which is which, and what do you do about it?

And how does fat burning mode effect nutrition? Should one still consume the same high-carb energy sources many use, but in lower quantities? Or is there some fat-burning fuel that would be better?

    Thanks for any info 🙂
