The Week in Multisport

Time again for a Week in Multisport edition of Endurance Planet with Barry Siff of Daily Triathlon. This week Barry discusses the amazing story of a Florida age-group triathlete who ended up fighting with an alligator during an open water swim workout. Barry also shares the story of a pro triathlete who entered an elite 10k track event and posted a blazing time. And, of course, we hear the latest results from multisport events around the country.

  1. I find your comment on the bicyclist being partialy at fault in some accidents to be true. However here in Phoenix the majority of the problem is the MOTORIST attitude. Here the driver in general has the attitude that we are some how less human then they are. They look at us as a target for their anger and frustrations and this results in some accidents. Personaly I have heen hit 6 times and not once did the driver stop or care. All hit me from behind when I was in a bicycle lane. One actually thought it was funny. So lets not be so quick to let the driver off the hook. They have all the advantage not us!

  3. Great work on getting your point across in this article! I am intrigued by how much work you must have done to come to these conclusions. I like this information.
