    Thanks for all the discussion on MAF and Maffetone’s training philosophy. I was inspired to try his methods after hearing Ben interview him and reading his book. It’s been great, but I still have questions periodically, so it great to have Lucho and Tawnee hash it out for me. Keep up the great work!

    I have a question but am not sure if this is the right forum.

    I often hear that the biggest mistake is to go too fast on your easy days and too easy on your fast days. How does this jive with the maf approach? Tia..
