TerenzoBozzone09runWeek of Kona with Terenzo Bozzone, a five-time world champion, including a win at 70.3 Worlds in 2008, and the current Wildflower Long Course record holder with a 3:53:43 set in 2006. On ya, and he’s only 29.

Terenzo’s triathlon career goes way back despite his age, and this year marks Terenzo’s return to the Ironman World Championships after being absent since 2010.

On this show we hear all the latest from Terenzo, how he recovered from a brief period of “overcooking” himself in training and racing, and his plans for Kona this year. We talk about his latest performance at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Mont Tremblant where he placed 9th, and Terenzo give a great glimpse inside what it’s like to ride with the pros in a championship race — including the likes of Jan Frodeno and Javier Gomez.

And much more fun…
