This week we’ve got a big show so we’re going to get right to it. We have three guests: Geoff Roes, Tracy Garneau, and Darin Schneidewind. The Alaskan Roes is back home after not only winning the Western States 100 Endurance Run but setting the course record. Garneau was the women’s champion at Western States and had an impressive day of her own. And Schneidewind is this month’s Trail Nerd of the Month. These three folks know a lot about endurance.
