I listened to this one this morning. I’m always amazed at the extremes some people are willing and able to push themselves to. It can be intimidating, I think. All of a sudden ones marathon or 50k achievements seem a lot less noteworthy (speaking just for myself). On the other hand, it’s heartening to keep hearing the elites of endurance sports have the same emotional hurdles during an event to overcome as the rest of us.
