Great interview guys. Totally love the refreshing’ agnostic’ viewpoint from Matt and not being a slave to all or nothing thinking when it comes to mutrition.

Keep up the great work Tawnee..your podcasts are brilliant! 🙂

I had listened to this podcast yesterday & just today as I gathered food at my local supermarket I couldn’t help smiling & thanking Matt Fitzgerald. It is true that “those outside of the diet cults” sometimes felt guilty; today I could choose without remorse & still fuel my body properly after a nice swim.

Thank you Tawnee for interviewing him; I shows great open mindedness on your side.

I hope he becomes a show regular & not just during book tours. I read his mind-body book on running & he has lots to contribute.

Fabulous–practical and sustainable over a lifetime. A huge improvement over the usual GMO fearmongering and paleo babble. Please bring him back.
